Our story

It started as a website for a friend's dive-travel agency. It became the tool we couldn't buy.

Niki runs a boutique dive-travel agency, three people, trips to places like the Solomon Islands, guests she knows by name. She needed a new website. That was the whole project.

But the website was never the real problem. The real problem was everything around it: a booking platform that took a percentage of every single trip, a CRM built for sales call centers, forms in one tool, invoices in another, passport scans in email threads, and a spreadsheet quietly holding the whole operation together.

The tools made for big agencies were bloated and expensive. The tools made for small ones were thin. And every one of them either took a cut of the money or treated travelers like ticket numbers.

So the website project kept growing, booking with deposits and payment plans, a guest CRM with real privacy controls for passports and health data, a portal where travelers see their documents and balances, rosters, invoices, gift certificates. Two full seasons of real trips, real guests, and real edge cases later, it runs everything.

GlobePro is that tool, the one we couldn't buy, sold the way we wished someone had sold it to us: a flat price, your own Stripe, and not one percent of your bookings.

What we won't budge on

Your money is yours.

Flat subscription, your own Stripe, 0% of bookings. If we ever need more revenue, we'll earn it with better software, not a bigger cut.

Small is the point.

Every feature is tested by an agency of three before it ships. If it needs a manual, an admin, or an "implementation partner," it doesn't ship.

Travelers are guests.

Not leads, not tickets. Their passports and health data stay locked down and audit-logged, and their experience gets the same polish as yours.
